Health and Safety

If you haven't been to a briefing, please don't panic - there will be an emergency final session on Sunday morning - see below.

Hill meetings

Sunday 30 April Just the one left, but it's a big one!

• 10am - setup. Sooner this is done, the more chance we have of getting the walkthrough started on time
• 11.30am - absolute last chance for a H&S briefing
• Noon - second walkthrough. If you can't make this, please let us know as soon as possible.
• After walkthrough - brief meeting to confirm all is okay and then off Hill to...
• Get ready. See emails for details
• 8pm - head back to Hill
• 9.15pm - should be in position
• 9.40pm - neidfire being lit

Wednesday meeting

No more of these. However, there may well be an all-Beltane get-together in a convenient licensed premise on Monday 1 May (and possibly a Nightwatch debrief in the Holyrood Tavern on the Tuesday).
