Sunday 22 April, 12.00 noon: First Walkthrough - followed by the first Health and Safety briefing.
Thursday 19 April, on Calton Hill (at the bench between the cannon and the observatory wall) for a 7pm start.
Wednesday 18 April evening meeting in the Beltane Office Basement from 7pm: making torchballs downstairs from the organisers' meeting. Then pub.

Wednesday evening meeting in Pearce's from 7pm on 11 April.
Session with the White Women on the Hill on Tuesday 10 April from 7pm. This was the "not being hit" class.
Sunday 8 April: 2pm on Hill. Still needing more people to turn up!
Saturday 7 April: 11pm-5pm Torchball making at the Beltane Office (YWCA/Roundabout at 4A Gayfield Place oposite Elm Row): 100 torchballs made, 200+ to go.
Wednesday 4 April: a busy night - organisers' had the tech walkthrough and then down to Pearce's to join folk afterwards. Lots done!
Sunday 2 April: 2pm on Hill. Starting to have more structured sessions with more training than games. But we could do with more people turning up early - or even turning up!

Sunday 11 March: 2pm on Calton Hill. Slightly bigger turnout this time, so we'd a bunch of games (starting with name stuff, then moving onto trust and eye-contact) before doing a walkthrough concentrating on health and safety issues. Then we went to Joseph Pearce's Bar on Elm Row.
Sunday 4 March: 3pm on Calton Hill (apologies to those who turned up at 2pm: we had to shift the time to make room for an organisers' walkthrough). As the weather wasn't exactly briliant, we had a very quick name game and then walked the course of the procession from the National Monument to the Bower before heading off to the Regent (2 Montrose Ter. Edinburgh. EH7 5DL).
The Beltane Fire Society Open Meeting was on Sunday 25th February - 3.30pm at Marco's Leisure Centre, 55 Grove Street, Fountainbridge (Map - opens in new window), and was followed by a showing of the 2006 Beltane Video in the Forest Cafe at 7pm8pm.
